Workspace breakdown

As detailed in the Workspace Types and Tabs FAQ, a workspace is an area within the Dashboard where users operate. Workspaces are categorized as Merchant, Shop, Terminal, or Custom, each offering different functionalities. Below is a breakdown of each type.

  2. Physical: it includes only physical shops.
  3. Ecommerce: it includes only Ecommerce shops.
  • Created on: Date of workspace creation in Fabrick Dashboard.

In a Merchant-type workspace, a Shops box displays the list of shops associated with the merchant. Physical shops are listed by name and address, while Ecommerce shops include the shop login and URL of the website.

The Users box includes users assigned to the workspace, showing their name, e-mail, role, and controls (permissions). Additional users can be added or invited by assigning them workspace visibility.
