Smart routing reporting

After the activation of a rule, it is possible to check its performances and gather information about its activity by generating customised reports in the Report section of the Dashboard.

Each transaction managed by a Smart routing rule displays three identifiers that can be set as criteria for the creation of a report template or added as filters within it. These identifiers are:

  • Rule name: name of the rule idefined by the user, which can be edited according to requirements.
  • Rule ID: unique technical identifier issued by Fabrick, which does not change for the entire duration of the rule and, when used as a filter, replaces the Rule name identifier.
  • Rule version: Version code of a rule, updated each time the rule is edited. Each transaction managed by a rule will be associated with the corresponding rule version code at the time of processing.
